Universal Module is a multifunctional building, designed to erect various buildings for different purposes.

You can install any insert panels, such as walls, windows or passages and turn Universal Module into storage room, small office, shop or living room. Universal Modules are fully compatible with other buildings from the CITY 3000 series and you can also easily attach them to each other.

In set: base module with 5 inserts (3 walls, 2 windows). Rooftop and additional inserts can be added in options
